Two-story house with walk out basement was in dire need to be painted. Peeled paint, a face board with a hole rotted through, some bad shingles and a louver cover that was broken way up on the second floor has all been taken care of! These guys kept me informed, "Hey we found this wood is rotten", "Hey we found some ants on the front porch." All these issues have been addressed.
